leanup has focused on various Indy trails throughout the years. This year, we’re cleaning the newly opened Nickel Plate Trail focusing on the area from 42nd to 75th St.
Start & Post-Ride Party Location: Parking lot next to Fire & Ice Cafe, 6211 Allisonville Road. We’ll have bags and grabbers so just come ready to clean!

This event is part of the Great Indy Cleanup (GIC), a Keep Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB) program. which, in partnership with the City of Indianapolis, provides free supplies (bags, gloves) and logistical support—including dumpsters—for community-led litter removal projects. Running from April to October, it empowers residents to clean up public spaces, with over 1 million pounds of trash removed annually.”
