Submit Ride Application

Use this form to submit a ride for consideration to be included on the Central Indiana Cycling calendar.

This form can be used either for Neighborhood Rides or the longer, faster Fitness & Touring Rides.

Rides on our calendar must be in the Central Indiana region, or otherwise in an official partnership with Central Indiana Cycling.

Partner Rides are rides by other organizations, cities, or individuals. To qualify to be a Central Indiana Cycling Ride, at least one Ride Leader must be a current member – and they need to either be an experienced ride leader or have successfully completed Ride Leader Training.

Ride Details

Type of Ride(Required)
Choose which type of ride best matches the ride that you are submitting
Is this a Central IN Cycling Ride, or a Partner Ride?(Required)
Partner rides are by other groups, ride clubs, or individuals. If accepted, partner rides get listed separately and are not covered by the Central IN Cycling ride insurance. If you are submitting this to be a Central IN Cycling ride, at least one ride leader must be a current member.
This is a short title for the ride which will be shown on the calendar and any emails. It should be enough to uniquely identify your ride to riders.
Use this field for a brief description of your ride. The description can include a link to web page or Facebook event if you are sharing a partner ride.
Provide the starting location as a street address, intersection, or trailhead
Provide the ride length in miles, a range of ride distance if that varies for a recurring ride, or multiple ride distances if there is more than one route available
(optional) Many rides link a route to the ride description. If your ride has a route (or routes) built with 'Ride with GPS', copy/paste the share link for each route here. If you need a tutorial in Ride with GPS, you can let us know that here.
Provide the average speed or speed range for the ride in mph. If there are multiple speed groups, you can list those groups (A, B, C groups) and their speed ranges here.
